Where Did Adam's Grandchildren Come From?

• So Genesis tells us Adam and Eve had two sons, one of whom was murdered before he had children.
  
  This leaves two possibilities:
  
  One Abel fathered children by his mother
  
  
  
  

  or Two, Adam and Eve had unrecorded daughters who had children by either their father or their brother.
  
  This is called INCEST
  
  Or was it the Babylonians, who'd been living in towns, making bread and beer, for thousands of years before God created Adam and Eve?
