You Must Have Been Brainwashed

• Common tactic for Creationists to accuse people who point out the logical flaws in their dogma, "You've been brainwashed." Deeply ironic of course, given that they mean someone has been fed just one side of the story and told repeatedly that their story is the sole version of the Truth.
  
  In fact, everyone starts out as an atheist.
  
  
  Then their parents come along and inculcate their beliefs. And they don't tell their kids that their beliefs have no foundation, that there is no evidence to support it, and an awful lot of evidence which contradicts it.
  
  But when the kids start to think for themselves, and question the dogma.... "You've been brainwashed!"
